Pricing policy

Plans
- SME plan
- €19 per month, or €194 per year (20% off annual, equivalent to €16.17/month).
- Enterprise plan
- per-quote pricing based on business units, signal volume and integrations. A scoping call is required.
- Mobile app
- free; included in every plan.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. VAT is added at checkout based on your business location. Reverse charge applies for valid EU VAT numbers outside Finland.
Billing
Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month. Annual plans renew on the same calendar day each year. We accept all major credit cards and SEPA direct debit (EU).
Trials
SME plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Trial ends automatically without obligation.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans run for the full term and are non-refundable.
Refunds
We do not provide pro-rated refunds on monthly or annual plans. In case of a service-level breach we credit affected periods per the relevant SLA.
Changes
We may revise prices for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days before any price change at renewal.
