Does it work with bad connectivity on site?
WhatsApp itself is offline-tolerant — messages queue locally and sync when signal returns. Workflow Intelligence processes them as soon as they reach the WhatsApp Business platform, so nothing is lost.
Do workers or subcontractors need a new app?
No. Crews and subcontractors continue using WhatsApp exactly as they do today. Workflow Intelligence runs invisibly on top — there is nothing to install for the field.
How does it integrate with our PM software?
Workflow Intelligence pushes structured records into Procore, MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SAP, custom ERPs and any system with an API. We provide pre-built connectors and a webhook layer for bespoke integrations.
How is sensitive site data protected?
GDPR-compliant EU hosting, role-based access control, audit logs, end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest, and per-project data isolation. We never use customer data to train shared models.
Can it support multiple languages?
